Liberty Center

This 125,000 square foot building in downtown Bethlehem was once a vacant lot that JENA Engineering, Corp. transformed into a multi-story building. This project took a municipal parking lot and changed the block into a parking deck and a five-story building to house retail and professional offices. JENA Engineering was involved from land development and zoning approvals to the structural design of the five story building to the construction stake out for the building. In addition to the development of the five story building, JENA Engineering coordinated with the parking deck (built during the same time period) to ensure smooth access to both structures. This was accomplished via a connecting pedestrian walkway.
